, Tay Jardine has revealed that We Are The In Crowd are no more (for now).

The entire band, excluding guitarist Jordan Eckes, are moving on with a new poppier project, which focuses on Tay‘s vocals. “I was writing melodies in a way that didn’t involve two people, splitting parts from a male perspective or whatever.

Tay: One of my favorites is "Better Luck Next Time" and I really like the slow songs. Tay: We were just talking about that on the way here!

" and he's like, "I like turtles," so Josh [Randall] from Every Avenue Tweeted about it and said, "I think we should name it ' I Love Turtles.'" It's so unofficial that I don't even know what it is.J-14: You guys will be hitting the road this summer on Warped Tour. We learned a lot the hard way on that tour, for sure. I think releasing the record right around that time was the best thing we could have done. Every year I say I just hope we can grow more and obviously stay the same people and stay grounded and all that. J-14: What are you most looking forward to about touring with Every Avenue? J-14: Do you have a favorite song off your new album ?

The guys were wondering what the hell was wrong with me (laughs)!

Before their first tour date on their co-headlining tour with Every Avenue, Tay Jardine and Jordan Eckes of We The In Crowd stopped by the J-14 office and gave us an exclusive acoustic performance, dished to us all about their current tour, their favorite songs off their album , and their plans for 2012!
